Refund policy
Because eSIMs are provisioned instantly, refunds apply to unused or non-functional plans. We'll make it right.
Eligible for a refund
An eSIM that cannot be installed, or that has not been activated and shows no data usage, when you request within 30 days of purchase.
Not eligible
Plans that have been activated and used, or that expired after normal use, or requests made more than 30 days after purchase.
How to request
Contact support with your order number within 30 days of purchase. Approved refunds return to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
